Message from the President

Truly an event to look forward to, the Philippine Dermatological Society will once again is holding its 33rdAnnual Convention at the Crowne Plaza Galleria Hotel on November 12-13, 2009. Because of the continuous influx of knowledge and advances in dermatology, the Organizing Committee aptly chose the theme “Dermatology: Look back, Leap Ahead”.

The annual convention has always been a venue for learning and exchanging of ideas. Thus, the scientific committee has invited international as well as local speakers to share their knowledge and expertise on various topics that are of interest to all dermatologists. The information gained from this convention will certainly improve the quality of care we give to our patients.

On the other hand, the pre-convention workshop promises to be equally impressive as the main convention. With the theme entitled “3C’s of Cosmetic Dermatology: Concepts, Controversies and Challenges”, participants will be kept abreast with the latest techniques and updates in improving the physical appearance of their patients.
